AMP (adenosine monophosphate) is considered to be the primary active ingredient of Kynoselen. This is a source of phosphorous. It combines with 2 phosphate atoms to become ATP (adenosine triphosphate), which provides an immediate source of cellular energy. AMP aids lipolysis, or fat-burning, and its probably the inclusion of this ingredient that makes Kynoselen's effects in this area the most profound. It also has the ability to convert to ATP, or adenosine tri-phosphate. ATP is the primary carrier of energy within cells, and most cells die quickly in the absence of it. ATP in turn powers muscles. This is probably why users of Kynoselen report an increase in "energy levels."

ACTIONS
|
| INDICATIONS
Production of coronary vasodilation in anticipation of severe cardiac load in athletic animals or in treatment of myocardial oxygen deficit (as evidenced by performance linked ECG changes). Muscle cramp, 'tying up' prevention. |
| DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION Give Horses 10 mL by intramuscular injection, 24 hours and again 4 hours before hard work. |
| CAUTION:
KYNOSELEN must ONLY be administered by intramuscular injection, or paste formulation. Do not administer AMP-5 injection by the intravenous route under any circumstances. This may lead to a profound rapid drop in blood pressure, with collapse, and even death. |
| PRESENTATION
20 mL sterile injection for intramuscular injection only. |
| STORAGE
Injection: Store below 25°C (Air Conditioning). |
